Welcome to Wellington Day School, we are so glad to have you join us! Wellingon Day School is a priately run Montessori School located on beautiful Whidbey Island. We offer an excellent education to children, preshcool through eighth grade. Once you have enrolled your child, you may feel confident that we are able to provide them with a safe, well-rounded and positive academic experience.
The indoor facility at Wellington Day School consists of three individual classrooms: a Montessori Kindergarten class, a combined Elementary / Middle School class, and a separate 'open' room for free plan. All students must enter through our main Elementary / Middle School classroom, with Kindergarten / Preschool students proceeding on to a separate classroom with a special environment designed just for them.

Kindergarten / Preschool students receive instruction via the "Montessori Method", while Elementary / Middle School instruction is self-paced and tutorial in style.
